Returns Information
We here at pachacollection.com guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the items you have purchased we will offer a full refund/exchange providing that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please be advised that Cd's are non returnable.
Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return however, should your preference be to receive a replacement item when making a return, you will not be charged again for delivery.
Pacha Collection does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent. In these cases Pacha Collection will refund the postage costs on receipt of your parcel providing a receipt of expenses incurred is enclosed in your return parcel.
If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt for an immediate exchange or refund.
UK Returns: Please allow 4 days for your parcel to arrive to our warehouse. This will mean that your return will need to be posted to us within 10 days of you having been in receipt of your goods.
Rest of the World: Please allow 10 days for you parcel to arrive to our warehouse. This will mean that your return will need to be posted to us within 18 days of you having been in receipt of your goods.
Please use the following steps to return your parcel:
i. Inside your parcel there will be an advice slip which overleaf contains all of our returns instructions and address. Please enclose this slip with your parcel highlighting the items that you are returning and your preference for a refund/replacement.
I have lost my advice slip: This is not a problem. Please follow the returns instructions as normal and include a covering letter in your return containing your full name, delivery address and request for a refund/replacement.
ii. Pack your parcel securely making sure you include your returns note.

Please send your return via your local Post Office so that you are able to obtain a free proof of postage certificate as a copy of this will be required in the event that your goods are lost in transit in order to complete your request. We advise that you retain all shipping documentation until you have received your refund/replacement. (Please note that there may be a small fee to pay for returns being sent overseas for a proof of postage).
Faulty Items
We here at pachacollection.com try to ensure as best we can that all products despatched to you are of a high standard. However, if you believe an item you have received to be faulty please return the item to us together with a note explaining what you believe to be the problem and specifying you order number, name and address so that we may investigate the fault. Where an item is deemed to be faulty we will of course resolve this matter and also refund the cost of postage incurred for having made your return providing you have supplied us with your receipt.
