RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY / RETURNS
Christmas Returns will be accepted until January 10th 2013.
Delivery times in the EU take between 4-7 Working Days. Please allow plenty of time if you are ordering gifts for Christmas.
- Return:

- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied.
- Final Sale items may not be returned
Alternatively if your item is unsuitable and you wanted to return it as it was the incorrect size. You would have to pay the return charges unfortunately.
We do not exchanges sizes or colours, we only refund for the product, but we do not refund the shipping cost paid in your original invoice.

Refund:
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit for the last known value of the item.
Exchange:
We do not exchange or swop items. You must return the item for a refund and if you require a new size or alternative colour, you must place a new order. - SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST HERE
Quality of Your Merchandise
On-line Purchase:
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, please Submit a return.
Store Purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, please return it to your closest store. If you still have your receipt, we can credit you back to your original form of payment. Without a receipt, we will provide you with the last known value as a merchandise credit.

Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement
