RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION
- CHRISMTAS RETURN EXTENSION:
- Any product purchased from now until Christams will have an extended Return/Refund policy. If the item is a Christmas Gift and you require a refund you now have until 15th January to return the item.
- Return:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund. We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. If the merchandise was purchased at a store, it must be returned to a store in person. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store purchased products.
Refund:
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit for the last known value of the item.
Exchange:
We do not exchange or swop items. You must return the item for a refund and if you require a new size or alternative colour, you must place a new order. - SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST HERE
Quality of Your Merchandise
On-line Purchase:
If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to its description on our website, please Submit a return.
Store Purchase:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your merchandise, please return it to your closest store. If you still have your receipt, we can credit you back to your original form of payment. Without a receipt, we will provide you with the last known value as a merchandise credit.
3. Return / Exchange Time Frame
Upon receipt of your return, allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your payment card statement
